PPS operate depots in London, Bristol, Runcorn, York and South Kirkby which provide both our larger multi-site and single site customers with the comprehensive national maintenance cover they need.
As most Power Plant is operation critical, Power Plant Services provide a 24 hours 7 days a week, 365 days a year call out service. 'Out of Office Hours' is covered by calling our emergency number and a call centre operator directs the call to the nearest available engineer.
All our engineers are supported by PPS's adapted software system with each engineer carrying their own PDA. This maintains consistency by providing guidance through routine and sometimes complex maintenance plans. Once completed the results and recommendations on the equipment are digitally transmitted to the customer in structured reports.
